Quality/Risk Management
The Quality Department is responsible for providing leadership in the development, planning and management of organization-wide Quality Improvement Program. They Assure appropriate systematic monitoring, evaluate the delivery of patient care for all departments, patient safety, infection control, patient satisfaction, provide continuous improvement in those clinical measures and sends reports to external agencies. The Quality department includes a variety of professionals such as: Quality Improvement Specialist, Clinical Quality Coord DVACO, Coordinator, Quality Improvement and more.
The Risk Assessment department is responsible for managing all aspects of clinical assessment adn genetic evaluations in a manner consistent with the requirements of the health care delivery system which include medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory. The Risk Assessment department relies on several professionals to coordinate efforts such as : Risk Assessment Fellow, Risk Coordinator and more.
