• Make an Impact! The System Director, Quality and Regulatory is responsible for utilizing risk management and performance improvement methodologies to promote high-reliability and perpetuate regulatory and accreditation readiness for MLH hospitals and Mirmont Treatment Center as well as oversight for regulatory data abstraction and submission. Works in coordination with clinical and operational leaders to achieve compliance with the Joint Commission (TJC) standards, Pennsylvania law/regulations, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) across MLH. Communicates findings to clinical and operational leaders and other stakeholders. Deploys tracer tools to stakeholders to facilitate audits and monitoring. Uses robust performance improvement methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders to continuously improve quality and regulatory/accreditation compliance.  Acts as liaison between MLH and agencies that survey and grant licensure, accreditation, and certification to our sites. These agencies include but are not limited to the Pennsylvania Department of Health, CMS, and TJC.

Experience: 
1.10 plus years progressive healthcare experience. Minimum 5 years management experience required.

2. Minimum of 5 years regulatory experience.

Education: 
Master’s degree in healthcare or related field required
