- Make an Impact! The Perioperative Technician will perform specific nursing-related duties in providing for the personal and environmental care and comfort of patients ranging in age from infant to geriatric. The Perioperative Technician will work in a structured environment under the supervision of a Specialty Team Coordinator (STC) and/or Assistant Nurse Manager reporting to the Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager. Functions and has ability to set up anesthesia lines following established guidelines, in addition to participating in the environment of care. Knowledgeable in both operation and care of designated specialized instruments and equipment.

Position: Perioperative Technician 4/4 Weekend Program (nights)
Shift: 7:00pm - 7:30am
Experience:
1. Previous Operating Room Assistant experience or other related Health Care experience required preferred.
2. Successful completion of orientation, including Computer Based Training as required.
Education:
High School or GED
Licensures/Certifications:
BLS Certified, or obtained within first 30 days of hire.
