  • Make an Impact! The Leave of Absence Senior Associate serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting employees and HR partners in the administration of leave programs. The Sr. Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate pay calculations related to short-term disability and supplemental pay, performing data entry in the workforce management system, and handling escalated leave cases. Additionally, the Sr. Associate collaborates with a third-party administrator for leave approvals, assists managers with inquiries, and coordinates the return to work process. The Leave of Absence Senior Associate coordinates accommodation processes and ensures compliance with the interactive process under the ADA and other applicable regulations.

Position: LOA Sr Associate
Shift: Day shift - hybrid schedule

Experience: 
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in Human 
Resources, payroll, or leave administration preferred. 
Experience with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft HRMS or other HR 
technologies is preferred. 
Demonstrated skills in dealing with a diverse group, both 
internal and external customers. 
Experience working in a fast paced, confidential environment. 
Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal) skills required, ability to multi-task and prioritize. 
Intermediate user level of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. 

Education: 
High School Diploma required.
Degree in Business or related field preferred.
