Patients can receive excellent care in the comfort of their own home with a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, and as a member of the home care and hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member and work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. You will use your critical thinking skills in observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
