As a Telecommunications Representative, you will provide internal and external communications for physicians, staff, patients, visitors and callers through use of telecommunication’s computer system. In this role, you must be technically proficient in using the computer and process all transactions in a professional, efficient and timely manner. As an operator, you must monitor various alarms and expeditiously notify the appropriate personnel. Join the team and make a difference to our patients and staff in this important role!

Shift: Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm
Experience:
1. Strong customer service skills necessary
2. Telecommunication, computer skills, healthcare experience required.
Education:

2. Position requires exceptional interpersonal skills.
3. Must be capable of perceiving the needs of patients as well as dealing with sensitive issues.
4. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure.
5. Ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations.
