• Make an Impact! The System Director of the Virtual Care Operations Center will provide oversight and leadership of the strategic development of the Virtual Care Operations Center incorporating all aspects of, but not limited to, patient flow/capacity, clinical care support and virtual clinical integration. 

  In this role you will leverage effective communication, analytics, organizational skills, change leadership, process improvement and project management to identify, design, produce, distribute, and maintain patient flow and staffing solutions aligned to strategic goals, target metrics and best practices to drive clinical transformation. The Director will be responsible for driving virtual care delivery and integration into nursing practice. 

  You will manage assigned operations to meet the expectations created within the foregoing plans, budget, and initiatives of the Virtual Care Operations Center. You will also collaborate with System Senior Leadership, System Campus leadership and other colleagues across the system facilitating strong team relationships to achieve coordination of centralized bed placement, transfer services, nurse staffing and clinical patient support in the Virtual Care Operations Center.

Experience: 
7-10 years progressive healthcare leadership experience. Project management/process improvement skills.

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in related field required
