  • Make an Impact! The System Director of Real Estate, Property & Asset Management is a unique opportunity for an accomplished real estate leader to shape the future of healthcare delivery through strategic portfolio management, growth planning, and operational excellence. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide real estate strategy that supports the health system's mission, enhances patient access, drives financial performance, and positions the organization for long-term success.

As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Director oversees a diverse portfolio of hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, administrative facilities, land holdings, and leased properties. This leader will play a critical role in evaluating growth opportunities, leading complex real estate transactions, optimizing portfolio performance, and ensuring that every real estate decision aligns with the organization's clinical, operational, and financial priorities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and innovative thinker who understands the evolving healthcare landscape and can translate market trends, demographic shifts, and emerging care delivery models into actionable real estate strategies. This individual will leverage technology, analytics, and modern portfolio management tools to improve decision-making, maximize asset utilization, and create measurable value across the organization.

In addition to leading real estate strategy, the Director will provide executive oversight of asset management, leasing governance, property operations, and financial performance. The role partners closely with leaders across finance, legal, facilities, construction, operations, and clinical services to advance major system initiatives, support ambulatory growth, guide campus master planning efforts, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and redevelopment.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in transactional real estate; minimum 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting required. 5 plus years’ of management experience required.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Real Estate/Business Administration/Finance preferred
