As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: Nurse Supervisor - Bryn Mawr Rehabilition Hospital
Shift: Per Diem: 24 hours in a 4-week period. [16 hours of the 24 must fall on weekend and 1 shift during the week].  This position offers mostly 8- and 12-hour shifts.  Evening and Night (3pm-11:30 or 7:00pm- 7:30am) hours are frequently needed, with some day shift needs on weekends. Holidays are rotational based on needs, determined by Manager.



Experience:
1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred

Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required.
3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
