Why work as a Behavioral Health Supervisor with Main Line Health?

  • Make an Impact! You will have responsibility of overnight supervision of programming, staffing, and operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring maintained safety of all staff, patients, and visitors. You will be an active member of the treatment team in the formulation of assessments, documentation, supervision, and behavioral redirection. You will work to ensure that there is consistency, communication, and teamwork across all units. Use your leadership skills to provide direct oversight and supervision of employees and your strong communication skills to accurately and effectively communicate all shift concerns. The work you do makes a tremendous impact on our patients and the community!

Position: Supervisor, Mirmont
Shift: Night Shift

Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
2. Knowledge of addiction and basic management principles.
3. Ability to work in a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental manner with staff and patients in order to gain confidence and cooperation.
4. Ability to function calmly in crisis situations. 5. Ability to plan and organize work adequately to express ideas orally and in writing.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, patients, outside agencies, families, and the general public.

Education:
Bachelors Degree required.
