As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will have expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions and mobile device management platforms including Microsoft Intune, SOTI, and Jamf. You will also have a strong background in Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM). You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing mobile device strategies, securing endpoints, and ensuring seamless mobile experiences for employees across the organization.

Position: Senior IT Systems Engineer
Shift: Mon-Fri, 40hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
- MDM: Configure and manage mobile devices using platforms like Intune, SOTI, Jamf, ensuring compliance with security policies and performance standards.
- UEM: Implement and maintain UEM solutions to provide secure and scalable management of all mobile devices, apps, and users across the organization.
- BYOD & Mobile Security: Lead the design and execution of BYOD strategies with a focus on mobile security, user experience, and compliance.
- MDM/MAM Implementation: Deploy and support MDM and MAM solutions, enabling secure application and data access.
- Device Onboarding and Configuration: Oversee device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management for both corporate and BYOD devices.
- Policy Management: Develop and enforce mobile device usage policies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Implementation Strategy: Design and execute mobile strategy roadmaps, including integration with enterprise systems, continuous optimization, and user training programs.
- Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Technology Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, emerging innovations, and best practices in UEM, MDM, and mobile security to ensure the organization's mobile strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and other teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of mobile solutions across the enterprise.
Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of experience or expertise in the following areas preferred:
- Experience embracing Agile principles, IT Infrastructure design, implementation and support.
- Scripting experience with Powershell or other scripting languages.
- Advanced knowledge and experience administering Active Directory, including Group Policy management & user/machine security.
- Mobile device management (MDM) experience in a mixed corporate owned/bring your own device (COD/BYOD) environment (Microsoft InTune, Apple VPP, Android, iOS).
- Previous experience working with outside vendors is strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience working with UEM, MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Jamf, or other related tools.
- Strong knowledge of BYOD, MDM, MAM and UEM strategies and best practices.
- Experience implementing and managing enterprise mobile device solutions across diverse environments.
- Strong understanding of mobile security, including encryption, authentication, and application management.
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Windows device management and integration.
- Ability to stay informed about the latest industry innovations, security updates, and changes in mobile device management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mobile device and security issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, JAMF Certified Tech) are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology field strongly preferred or at least 6 years of relevant experience
