Position: Financial Assistance Representative - Single Billing Office 
Shift: Day shift

Experience: 

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare billing experience, and/or accounts receivable experience. 
• Experience with automated patient account systems preferred; Epic Resolute is desirable. 
• Microsoft Office applications experience
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology is preferred
• Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills required
  
  Education: 
  High School Diploma or equivalent is required
