We Hire Registration Specialists for the Following Positions: Full-Time, Part-Time w/ Benefits, Per Diem, Weekend

At Main Line Health, our Registration Specialists work on Day, Evening, and Night Shifts. The shifts currently available are based on department needs.

Make an Impact!

As one of the first points of contact for new patients, you make the first impression! Help greet, direct and schedule patients and visitors while serving as a liaison between patients and support staff. Use your great attention to detail to prep patient charts before check-in and keep the office and all records, reports and other correspondence organized. As you collect and capture accurate patient data, you have the opportunity to provide excellent, empathetic customer service. As an ambassador for patients, you help them understand their financial responsibility, services available to them, and more.

You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.

Be one of the many MLH employees who further their education by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! Positions are eligible for up to $6,000 annually based on FTE status/Position.

Get Involved!

Use your engaging communication skills to interact with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices, medical offices and the general public as needed to provide outstanding service.  

What We are Looking for:

Experience

2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.

Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology. 
Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement. 

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Licensures & Certifications
