Main Line Health’s Telemetry2Specialty Advancement Program (TSAP) is the perfect match for you!

Our Telemetry2Specialty Advancement Program (TSAP) Program offers experienced nurses a unique opportunity to work on a selected telemetry unit for 2 years and have an identified transfer to specialty of choice. (The specialty of choice is selected the time off application). All Telemetry2Specialty positions are 36 hour per week, night shift with rotational weekend and holidays. Applicant must be in good performance standing to transfer per Main Line Health Transfer Policy.

·       Lankenau Medical Center: General Telemetry/ Observation TO Emergency Room

·       Lankenau Medical Center: Telemetry Trauma TO one of the Intensive Care Units (SICU, MICU, CTICU)

·       Bryn Mawr Hospital: Telemetry Stroke TO Intensive Care Unit (with Medical, Surgical, Neuro)

·       Bryn Mawr Hospital: Telemetry Cardiac TO Labor Delivery- Mother Baby

·       Paoli Hospital :  Telemetry Stroke TO Progressive Care- Intensive Care Unit

·       Paoli Hospital:  Telemetry Cardiac TO Emergency Room

·       Riddle Hospital: Telemetry Oncology TO Birthplace (Labor Delivery- Mother Baby)

·       Riddle Hospital: Telemetry/ Stroke TO Emergency Room

Position Details:

Position: Telemetry2Specialty Advancement Program (TSAP)

Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours per week, Nights (7:00pm-7:30am)

Weekend and holidays rotation

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum one-year registered nurse experience required. Inpatient registered nurse experience preferred.

Education: RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: PA RN license or compact state license, Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred.
