Float to 4- 5 of the following locations in tiered earning program: 

• Lankenau Medical Center (Level III Neonatal ICU) -- Wynnewood, PA 

• Bryn Mawr Hospital (Level III Neonatal ICU) -- Bryn Mawr, PA 

• Paoli Hospital (Level II Neonatal ICU) -- Paoli, PA 

• Riddle Hospital (Level II Neonatal ICU) -- Media, PA 

Available Schedules: 

·    Premium Pay Program Per Diem II As if June 2025 the requirement will be 72 hours in 6-week schedule with 48 hours required on the weekend.

Description: Our Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in all four of our acute care hospitals are situated in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and range from a Level III to a Level II NICU department.  Our medical staff from CHOP provides in-house coverage 24 hours a day.  You would be a part of our NICU RN team that is specially educated and experienced in the care of high-risk and premature infants. As a NICU nurse, you will be uniquely trained to counsel and help parents cope with the emotional stress and practical problems associated with having a baby in the NICU, all while providing the best medical care possible to the patient. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!

What We are Looking for: 

Experience  

• 5 year(s) of recent acute care experience in the clinical specialty required. 

Education, Licensures & Certifications 

• RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. 

• PA RN license required. 

• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as preferred by clinical specialty.
