- Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the Quality Manager, your role would be responsible for directing and coordinating standards of patient care for compliance with Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation and Licensing agencies for MLHS
Behavioral Health service line, including Mirmont Treatment Center and Mirmont Outpatient Services. You would be responsible for developing and executing multi-disciplinary performance improvement initiatives as well as assisting individual department heads in developing meaningful performance improvement studies. In addition, the Quality Manager is responsible for heading and directing the Safety/Environment of Care Committee and also functions as the compliance contact and infection control contact for Mirmont Treatment Center and Mirmont Outpatient Services. You would work collaboratively with all sites and departments to ensure quality patient care activities and patient satisfaction. - Join a Unified Leadership Team. Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Performance Improvement experience required
- Three to five years clinical experience in Behavioral Health preferred
- Working knowledge of PI, Patient Safety, IC for a residential and outpatient care setting
- Knowledge of TJC, Federal and State regulatory standards for residential D&A treatment and Outpatient D&A/Mental Health treatment
- Thorough knowledge of concepts, techniques, and methodologies of implementing and coordinating quality initiatives/process improvements in a variety of healthcare setting
- Quality initiatives/process improvements in a variety of healthcare setting
- Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, information technology or related field required
Licensures/Certifications:
Certification in Quality preferred.
