Patient and Guest Relations Navigator

Could you be our next Patient/Guest Relations Navigator at Paoli Hospital?
In this highly visible, service-focused role, you’ll partner with patients, families, and care teams to address concerns, answer questions about care and recovery, and help remove barriers as patients move through their continuum of care. You’ll also support resolution of issues in alignment with the Patient Complaint Policy—ensuring every voice is heard and every experience is handled with empathy, professionalism, and timely follow-through.

Position: Patient/Guest Relations Navigator
Schedule: Part time, day shift- 20 hours per week. Schedule is Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays with flexible hours. The Navigator can work as early as 7:30AM and as late as 7:30PM. The ability to pick up an occassional weekend shift is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English sufficient to perform job duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with patients, families, and all internal and external partners.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required.
• RN/BSN or MSW/MSS preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
• Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (if applicable).
