- Be on the Cutting Edge! The Office Coordinator coordinates all aspects of basic office functions for Behavioral Health Practice. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office which may include, scheduling, billing, documentation, and patient care issues. Multi-skilled health professional who works independently with other health care professionals to provide quality health care to the patient.

Experience:
Knowledge of general medical office responsibilities acquired through previous experience.' Good grammatical skills and writing ability' Good organizational skills' Good customer service skills' Ability to communicate information accurately' May require general knowledge of 3rd party insurance plans and reimbursement contracts' May require medical terminology' May require ICD-9 Diagnosis Coding.
Education:
High school diploma required Associate Degree preferred Avatar Super User preferred. EPIC user preferred
