Position: Occupational Therapist - HomeCare
Shift: Per Diem, As Needed
Experience:
Relevant clinical experience as per setting
Education:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program is required. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
2. Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable)
