As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Lankenau Medical Center your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: Per Diem Nurse Supervisor - Lankenau Medical Center
Shift: Nights (24 hours per month per month with one of the winter holidays and one of the summer or minor holidays)

Experience:
1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred

Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required.
3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
