As the Operations Nurse Manager, you would oversee and manage the phone screening process for our centralized PreAdmission Testing process. You will lead 12 Registered Nurses, and 5 Unit Secretaries focused on leading process improvement and increasing efficiency across the team while making and sharing data-driven decisions to optimize collaborative relationships with Physicians and other departments. As part of your role, you will assess team performance, remove barriers, and realign resources to achieve success metrics.

Position: Nurse Manager - Operations (Centralized PreAdmission Testing)
Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in PreAdmission Testing (PAT) nursing.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.


Education:
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one approved state through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
