As the Manager, Constituent Experience, you will lead the development and oversight of a systemwide support model that enhances the experience of key constituents by helping them navigate appropriate non-clinical resources across Main Line Health. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a trusted connector between Development, patient relations, clinical leadership, and administrative teams to support a seamless, discreet, and well-coordinated constituent experience. While this position does not carry a fundraising portfolio or provide clinical guidance, it plays a critical role in strengthening relationships, supporting privacy and compliance standards, and connecting constituents with the right resources through established pathways.

Position: Manager, Constituent Experience- Full Time, Salaried 
Shift: Day Shift, may include evenings and weekends

Experience:
Five years required in healthcare advancement, patient relations, constituent support, relationship management, or complex stakeholder coordination.

Education:

Bachelors degree required in associated field required. Masters preferred.
