Could you be our next Behavioral Health Admissions Manager at Mirmont Treatment Center?

Provide leadership, management, and direction to the Behavioral Health contact center (Mirmont inpatient and outpatient, Women's Emotional Wellness Center, MLHC Behavioral Health Care Services) intake and utilization management staff for the facility. Directs coordination of the pre-admission, admission, pre-certification, and denials management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and quality customer service. Maintains federal and state regulations on confidentiality/protected health information. The manager is expected to participate in Behavioral Health and Mirmont's Leadership Assembly and Clinical Operations meetings as well as MLHS, community and professional activities. Assists in maintaining compliance for state licensing and TJC Accreditation.

Position: Manager, BH Admissions
Shift: Monday–Friday days, plus occasional evening and weekend hours

Experience: 
 1. 10-15 yrs of management experience in admissions/registration/ scheduling/transfer center/ payment process/credit and collections, within a healthcare environment required

2. Minimum of five years of management experience working within a multi-facility management role strongly preferred.

Education: 
1. Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Business Administration or Management Information Systems
2. Master’s Degree preferred or additional experience in the management of Patient Access, Admissions or Patient Accounting
