This role is critical in streamlining purchase order workflows, managing vendor invoicing, supporting audit readiness, and improving financial accuracy in a complex healthcare environment. Position: Coordinator of Facility Operations
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Experience: 
Minimum 3 years of procurement, accounting, real estate finance, or facilities support experience. Familiarity with PO systems, vendor portals, and contract workflows required

Education: 
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
