- Make an Impact! In the Executive Director position, you will provide administrative leadership and direction. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Mirmont Treatment Center and affiliated outpatient settings. You are responsible for managing all administrative and financial functions of the treatment center and outpatient clinics, responsible for advancing the interests of the Treatment Center, as expressed in effective representation to the members of the Treatment Center and the community which it serves, and responsible for providing a well-managed treatment center with clear lines of responsibility and accountability within the departments and between departments and administration while conserving physical and financial assets.

Position: Executive Director Mirmont Treatment Centers
Shift: Day shift 40 hours per week
Experience:
5 years administrative/management experience, including progressive management experience.
Education:
Masters degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related graduate degree. Behavioral Health related field will be considered with corresponding health care administration experience.
