  • Make an Impact! Make an Impact! The Employee Relations Manager designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and benefits, among others. This role will oversee all employee relations activities and will demonstrate expertise, excellent judgement and highly developed analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills. The Employee Relations Manager will work extensively with Management to identify opportunities to proactively and preventatively address common employee relations issues and will provide guidance and coaching to managers of all levels to address employee behavior and performance areas.

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for conducting investigations, preparing responses to federal, state, and local governmental agencies, and conducting organizational engagements focusing on positive employee relations. In addition, this role is responsible for educating management on union awareness and addressing third party attempts to organize our workforce.

Position: Manager of Employee Relations
Shift: Monday-Friday, day shift.  Flexible hybrid schedule. 

Experience: 
4+ years of experience in related field, preferred, specifically in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles with a focus in Employee Relations 2+ years working complex Employee Relations issues, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and other state and federal regulations Experience handling workplace investigations and/or EEOC charges strongly preferred

Education: 
Bachelor’s in human resources or another related field required

Licensures/Certifications: 
Certification preferred--PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
