In this key role, you will provide credentialing services and support within the Department of Medical Staff Affairs for applicants to the Medical and Specified Health Professional Staff. You will actively maintain physician meeting attendance records, prepare reports from the credentialing software, and maintain the accuracy of practitioners’ Clinical Privileges.

Position: Credentialing Coordinator
Shift: Full Time - 40 hour day shift

Experience:
1. Three years of Credentialing and/or Medical Staff Office experience preferred.
2. Two years recent secretarial experience required.
3. Previous Provider Enrollment and Payor Credentialing experience strongly preferred. 
4. CAQH re-attestation experience strongly preferred. 

5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook, type a minimum of 50 words per minute, and demonstrate proficiency in use of ECHO database. 

Education:
1. High School Diploma / GED required.
2. Secretarial or Business School program completion preferred.
