As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you would be responsible for the orientation, training, and competency validation, and continuing education of the nursing staff on the following units: you would help support our Med/Surg and Telemetry units at Riddle Hospital. You will find professional growth and satisfaction in shared decision-making initiatives at the clinical, departmental, and system levels. As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will make an impact each day with program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives.

Position: Clinical Nurse Educator - Med/Surg and Telemetry 
Shift: Per Diem, Minimum 24 hours per month required

Experience:
1. Three to Five years of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry Nurse experience.
2. Prior Clinical Nurse Educator or other related experience is preferred.

Education:
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. At least one degree must be in nursing ( i.e. BSN or MSN ).
3. Master's degree is strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Certification in Specialty is preferred.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
