- Make an Impact! Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the level II unit, you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for a critically ill newborn. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time. Our unit is supported by CHOP physicians.

Position: Clinical Coordinator - Neonatal ICU
Shift: Days.7:00am- 7:30pm 36 hours per week. Weekend and holiday rotation based on unit need, determined by Manager.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years of recent neonatal ICU Nurse experience preferred.
2. Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.
Education:
1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Certification in specialty area desired.
Requirements:
