Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: Monday-Friday day shift plus weekend and holiday coverage

Experience: 
1. 3 years of recent clinical experience required, leadership experience preferred. If ADN, 10+ years of experience required.

Education: 
1. Associates Degree OR BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire
2. Master’s Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred. 

Licensures/Certifications: 
Active PA RN license required
