You will partner with the Senior Property Manager as well with hospital departments and Main Line HealthCare to provide customer service to all customers (patients, visitors, employees, etc.). You will also be responsible for providing customers with guidance and direction to the various modalities within the facility, educate and assist Tenants in reporting property management requests to the Call Center, notify building occupants of any MLH and building-wide activities, announcements, and shutdowns,

Position: Building Coordinator
Shift: Full Time - Day Shift
Experience:
1.Minimum of three years in a customer service setting, healthcare environment preferred.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3.Knowledge of building operations desirable.
4.Excellent customer service skills.
5. Patient relation/public contact experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Additional property management and administrative certifications preferred.
