• Make an Impact!  Come join Mirmont Broomall as a Behavioral Health Therapist II where you will provide therapeutic support to adult patients (18+) in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, primarily serving individuals transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care. In this role, you will lead up to three in-person group therapy sessions daily (45 minutes each, up to 12 patients per group), utilizing a DBT-informed approach while tailoring content to patient needs without a fixed curriculum. In addition to group facilitation, you will support patient care through intake assessments, case management, and individual therapy (managing a caseload of up to 10 patients). You will be working with both step-down patients continuing care and new patients entering the program. This role requires the ability to manage complex group dynamics, while supporting our patients in their healing journey.

Position: Behavioral Health Therapist II
Shift: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends, holidays or nights!

Location: Mirmont Treatment Center- Outpatient Broomall

Experience: 
Minimum 2 years experience at a Graduate-level supervised internship or practicum in a mental health setting and at least 2 years of post-graduate

Group Therapy experience required. 

Education: 
Master's or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's in Social Work

Licensures/Certifications: 
Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor required.
