Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and works with the Main Line Health marketing team on the implementation of service line, physician and program marketing. Acts as key contact for select organizational services and departments to consult on and/or facilitate marketing initiatives. Effective writer responsible for various content marketing initiatives including print, digital marketing and provider database content coordination and facilitation; marketing event coordination; and social media opportunities for assigned areas. Proposes and follows project budgets. Coordinates key marketing initiatives including sponsorship and event activity, photography and video. Effectively utilizes marketing technologies including database platforms, generative artificial intelligence, marketing automation, project management and other emerging technologies.

Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing- FT 40 hours/week- Hybrid role with 1 day/week onsite requirement.
Shift: Day- 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm- occasional weekend
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing or communications role, such as coordinator or assistant, preferably in a health-related field or a business-focused field with an emphasis on communication, project management and database management.
- Basic understanding of the health care marketplace and of building business for a matrixed service organization preferred.
- Strong communication skills. Competent at writing, proofing and editing content, project management and creative development.
