Clinical Nurse Educators are seen by nurses as a leader, coach, mentor, and facilitator.  Clinical Nurse Educators work collaboratively with new hires and current staff to ensure quality patient care, a comprehensive orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education of the nursing staff on a variety of units.  As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will make an impact each day with program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives.
